The 5 year (to date) debacle of attempting to concrete over Wimbledon Park against the wishes of 22,000 signees and most of the residents of the neighbouring boroughs has finally taken its toll. There is an alternative plan on the table which gives the AELTC their qualifying tournament on the site. Lets see if the new CEO picks up on that and reduces the reputational damage to date
