Bjorn Borg has weighed in on tennis’ GOAT debate.
“Djokovic for me, is the greatest player to ever play the game,” said the 11-time major champion. “Then in second place comes Federer and Nadal – they are tied for second place.”
The Swedish icon, who recently released his new book, “Heartbeats”, a memoir about his life and career, says that he hopes Djokovic will play another full season.
“He’s 38 years old, it’s going to be tough with Sinner, Alcaraz and some other players, too. But still he can do it and I hope he has the motivation to play at least another year.”
All signs point to that happening. Djokovic is playing in Shanghai this week.
